Description

This set of four wedge-shape placemats designed for the round table shows a bounty of garden vegetables, perfect for summertime.
All fabric is premium 100% cotton and the foundation is a polyester material with "memory" to help resist creasing and distortion in the laundry. I encased the edges in a 100% cotton double-fold bias binding that is applied by machine and hand stitched closed on the back. They are very flat so glasses will not rock, tip, or wobble.
Each placemat measures 19 inches across at the widest point near the bottom, 14 inches across at the top, and 13-14 inches high.
These placemats do best if spot cleaned but are washable by hand with mild detergent and cool water. Machine washing is not recommended for them to retain their new appearance.  They may be either line dried away from direct sunlight to avoid fading, or by machine on the low or cool cycle with prompt removal after ten minutes. Please
do not
over dry. Pressing with a medium iron is perfectly fine. NEVER put hot pots directly from the oven or range top on placemats or table runners as the fabric will scorch.
As with all my creations, I have sprayed the tops with a light coat of ScotchGard fabric protector to help prevent stains. Another light coat should be applied upon receipt and re-application should be done after laundering.
